From registration to graduation, Æß²ÊÖ±²¥â€™s Admissions & Records Department is here to provide essential information and personalized support to a diverse student body at every step of the college journey. To ensure efficient service, the office operates on an alphabetical system based on last name. Please refer to the staff directory below to find your assigned technician or evaluator.
Admissions & Records Technicians provide support for a wide range of student record and enrollment services, including updating personal information (such as name, address, and Social Security number), processing academic record changes (grade updates, incompletes, and repeat petitions), and assisting with residency determinations and credit by exam. They also handle transcript requests, student verifications, background investigations, and the resolution of duplicate student records (G#s), ensuring that all student information is accurate and up to date.

Admissions & Records Evaluators specialize in reviewing and evaluating academic records to support student progress toward their certificates and degrees. They assess transfer coursework from colleges and high schools, as well as exam-based credits such as AP, CLEP, IB, and other prior learning experiences. Evaluators also assist with program changes, prerequisite verification, and degree or certification audits, including petitions for graduation, degree verifications, and ADT eligibility. Their work ensures that students receive appropriate credit and remain on track to successfully complete their academic goals.
